Derelict - this means that the subject has to be a derelict (mainly buildings etc).
East Anglia - this means that photos need to be taken IN East Anglia. NOT Scotland. NOT Cornwall. NOT Crete. etc. You get the idea.

Anyone not following this simple rule will get banned. Simple!
