About Deloitte Ignite

The three-day Deloitte Ignite festival represents a magical mystery tour through the senses, with a whole spectrum of experiences to stimulate, tantalise, and inspire. Leading choreographer, Wayne McGregor, one of the dance world’s most iconic figures, has curated a programme that will radically challenge peoples’ perceptions not only of themselves, but of what they can expect to find at the Royal Opera House.

With some 12,000 people across the UK and Switzerland, Deloitte is renowned for its innovation, collaboration, industry expertise, and outstanding quality of client service. Deloitte's depth of talent across many disciplines allows it to deliver a total solution to clients of all sizes through its four business divisions: Audit, Tax, Consulting and Corporate Finance.

The Royal Opera House partnership appealed to Deloitte because it brings together its appetite for innovation and focus on young people with a commitment to widening access to the arts. Deloitte Ignite builds on and furthers the range of new and innovative activities that run alongside the heritage and tradition of the Royal Opera House.

The department responsible for this, ROH2, adds diversity to the Royal Opera House programme and gives opportunities for performers and audiences to experiment and collaborate in vibrant, creative ways. ROH2 productions mostly take place in the Linbury Studio Theatre, Clore Studio Upstairs and the Paul Hamlyn Hall, with specially produced and commissioned work as well as visiting companies and artists.
