About Delamere Spartans

Photos, videos and discussions about the adventures of the Delamere Spartans running club.

Spartan members can post anything from the weekly runs or from their own runs and races.

We are a group of like minded people who enjoy a casual beasting of the trails, specifically Delamere Forest and surrounding areas - we don't run on r**ds unless we have to.

Don't be put off by our Spartan bravado. We aim to unite people of varying ability. As the pace will naturally vary we will regroup as necessary to make sure nobody gets left behind.

It's the members who make any club what it is, so don't be shy and join us FOR THE SAKE OF SPARTA!
