About Hugo Hotel/Defenestration
Defenestration was installed in 1997, and it was originally going to be up for only six months. It's still up thirteen years later, despite rumors every few years of the Hugo's imminent destruction. 1AM and others have spearheaded an effort to restore and protect this landmark and symbol of our neighborhood.
Note: I'm not involved with Brian Goggin or 1AM. I'm just a fan who lives across the street from the Hugo.
