About Dangerous Creatures
Even with human domination of the natural world, there are still a number of things that can remind us that we are part of one big ecosystem. These animals range in size from tiny to large, and they are all fascinating. There is no value judgement to be placed on their actions, neither good nor bad.
In this collection, let's share photos of animals that can poison, envenomate, bite, or claw, that could kill or severely harm us, whether it be defending itself or looking at us as just another tasty morsel. One more thing, we all know the major killer of humans are other humans, let's leave humans, and our products (domestic creatures, pit-bulls, rodeo bulls, etc) out of this. To be more clear NO PIT BULLS TERRIERS, etc.
This site is not intended to put members in harm's way. So, pictures from zoos, wildlife parks, guided expeditions are welcome. It will be hard to get your pictures into the pool if you don't make it back to your computer to upload them.
