I will try to attend; not sure what my family will want to do that day.
As for action figures, I'm wondering if Red Son Superman or the Flash is most appropriate...hmmmm...I also have the all of the Justice Lords. Decisions, Decisions.

Because of the weather, I'm going to make this an informal meet up; that means I am going to be there, but I'm not going to bring food or drinks. Last year we had to reschedule once because of weather, and then it just rained a little bit and after that the weather was wonderful.
So come if you can or want, but this is not going to be the official yearly drum circle meet up.
Drum circle people are there rain or shine.

I may or may not be there... totally depends on weather at this point. I'm meeting up with a friend in Columbia Heights before the meetup was supposed to start, so I'll be in the area. If the weather still looks good, I'll more than likely be there. If I don't make it, I'll look forward to the photos!

It's dry at the moment, but 4-8 PM is prime thunderstorm time. Whether I go will depend on how the radar looks later on.
Maybe if it's raining at 4 PM we could meet at an indoor venue like Lou's City Bar or Tynan Coffee & Tea (by the Metro in CH) and just shoot t he breeze for a little while.

I went by around 4:30 and didn't recognize anyone, and left after awhile as there appears to be a line of thunderstorms on the way.

I was there at 4:30 but wasn't shooting as I was having fun listening to the drums :). I met up with Pablo at around 5pm and was shooting till 6:15 and left when there were signs of thunderstorms. But, as Pablo had predicted, it stopped raining by the time I reached the metro station and then the light became really beautiful. I missed it though. Hope we have another shoot there soon.
