About Dark Summer Freeski Magazine

Welcome to the official Flickr group for Dark Summer Freeski Magazine. Dark Summer magazine is a UK-based freeski magazine that has always been at the forefront of the UK ski scene. It features inspirational photography and engaging stories.

We believe there is a wealth of photographic talent that is ignored by the other magazines and so we want to see you photos.

Upload your best photos to the pool and we will get in touch if we like them. If we publish your shot we will send you a free copy of the issue it appears in and a Dark Summer t-shirt.

Please note that submitting an article or photo to Dark Summer Ltd does not guarantee it will be published in any issue of the magazine.

By submitting your contribution you agree to grant Dark Summer Ltd a perpetual worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to: use, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, perform, display or publish your contribution in its magazines, websites or in any publicity material to advertise the websites, magazines or Dark Summer Ltd in any media form whether now known or later developed.

By submitting your contribution, you warrant that your contribution:

1. is your own original work, and/or you have the right to make it available to Dark Summer Ltd for all the purposes specified above;
2. is not defamatory;
3. does not infringe any law;
4. indemnify Dark Summer Ltd against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Dark Summer Ltd as a result of your breach of the above warranty;
