You do not have to be a North Carolina resident to join. But all work should be inspired by North Carolina scenery. A good chance to use your North Carolina memories, vacation photos, etc. as reference photos for your artwork, and for those lucky enough to live in North Carolina, a great place to display your plein air art works (including your own backyard, and garden)!
