About Dante Alighieri
Any picture of anything relating to the life or work of the great Tuscan poet Dante Alighieri (1265-1321) is welcome here. This may include pictures captioned with appropriate quotations, or which evoke images associated with the Divine Comedy, the Vita Nova, or anything else Dante wrote. The first few pictures, to be posted by me, are a representative sample of the kinds of things I have in mind.
Because Dante fans are relatively few in number but tend to be very devoted to him, I hope we will have an interesting and stimulating group, even though only a handful may end up joining it.
