Hi there!

Danish Photowalkers is an international photography group based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The group offers permanent residents and visitors the opportunity to improve photo skills, see new places and meet new people. Occasionally there are invitations to lectures, concerts, theatres and movies, most of it for free. Depending on the weather (tricky business in Denmark), the group meets every other Sunday for walks lasting about 5 hours. We usually do a 3 hour photowalk and finish off with brunch or lunch. Since this is an international group please post in English even if your English is bad.

Group Guidelines
1. Be nice!
This is a real life community and we use this website for communication and fun. Sooner or later you will meet the people you write to, so be considerate and kind online and off.

2. Be active.
Check in regularly. The group functions best when you join in the discussions. Suggest a walk, a good place for brunch or tell us about a favourite photographer. Try the picture games or be creative yourself and invent a game.

3. Who can post pictures into the photo pool?
Photowalkers who participate in a walk are allowed to post shots from the walk with a maximum of 10 photos per month or about five shots per walk.

4. Permission and privacy
Do not shoot or post pictures of other Photowalkers or their family or friends unless you received their permission. Just ask before or during a walk.

How to post a picture to a thread
- Click on the photo that you want to insert in a thread
- Click on "different sizes" link right above the picture
- Select the size you want
- Scroll down and you'll see a box full of HTML code
- Copy the HTML and paste it into the thread where you want to put it.

How to tag pictures
Please tag these photos with two tags. One tag designates the photo was taken on a group walk and the other designates which walk. The group tag is danishphotowalkers and the walk number tag is danishphotowalkX. The X corresponds to the appropriate Photowalk. An example: If you participated in Photowalk 5 then tag your photo with danishphotowalkers and danishphotowalk5.
