About Sharp Dressed Men - your own photographs only

Inspired by the Fashions Past group, I'd like to invite flickr people to submit photographs of sharp dressed men. Unsung heroes of style rather than famous people preferred - you can see famous men everywhere!

The emphasis is on historical photographs from all eras and from all over the world, but recent shots are allowed if they conform to the subject.

Sharp dressed men don't have to wear tuxedos or spats - workwear and sportswear can be sharp too. I want glamour, attitude, humour, charm, intrigue, finesse, grit. On your marks, get dressed!

Rules: all photographs must be from your own, or your family's, personal collection, or taken by yourself.

Contemporary images from print media, such as books or magazines, are allowed but please give full credit details - publication title, photographer or illustrator if known, and date.

Images scanned from recent books and magazines (basically after the time the image was current), or taken from other websites (big no no!), will be deleted from the group pool.

For photographs that don't comply with the rules here, why not try the Elegant and Glamorous Men (Vintage) group? There's also the fine As He Was group for vintage illustrations, advertisements and ephemera.
