About Daffodil World
This is a group for photos of daffodils, that quintessential Spring flower that makes everyone smile.
Please ONLY PHOTOS of DAFFODILS, or of daffodils in your Spring garden with other flowers.
If you know the name and/or type of daffodil {narcissus} you are posting, please list that too, in the tags, description or title. For instance, Double daffodils, Poets daffodils, Trumpet daffodils, would be some of the types. A name could be Actaea for a Poets daffodil, or King Alfred for a Trumpet daffodil.
Sounds complicated, and if you really don't know, post your photo anyways. A daffodil by any name looks just as sweet.
Another thing that would be interesting, is to tell us the name for daffodil in your language, if your primary language is not English.
English and American names for daffodils include narcissus and jonquil.
