About Nikon D700 Photo CritiqueTo post a picture into a message, please follow these directions: Go to the photo in your photostream that you wish to post. Also, some additional helpful tips: Link to Large Images Flickr's default size makes it difficult to get a valid impression of the image. If we can't click through to the photo and select All Sizes, then at least place a link to the larger image under your critique request. Some of us browsing under higher resolutions can barely make out details in the basic flickr size. Don't Try Too Hard To Defend Your Image Explaining a stylistic choice is one thing, but if someone writes something you don't agree with, the best response is to smile, nod, and say thank you. You can then choose to disregard any feedback you think has no merit. Some people are blunt with their feedback. It's usually not meant to be offensive, and at the end of the day we're all trying to help each other get better. Try not to get your back up over other people's comments, and try to see your image through their eyes. |
