About The Chicago Water Tower Project
No, not that Water Tower.
They are all about us in the city. Water Towers on top of buildings which used to be used as part of the fire safety in Chicago. As buildings modernized, these towers lost their original purpose and now many are unused. Others have become advertising locations, canvases for street art, and other adornment. The goal of the Chicago Water Tower Project is to photograph these Water Towers throughout the city and to geotag them with their location.
