喜歡看「料理東西軍」的朋友一定都知道「斷面秀」的重要性。當料理好的食物被筷子刀子雙手切分開時，美食裡的美麗小宇宙（肉汁、肉汁、肉汁）藉此向我們展開。啊...這個群組，就是讓我們分享各種美食與其斷面秀精神的地方。
所謂「斷面秀精神」，指的是「在破裂裡看到和諧的小宇宙」。因此，舉凡被切開的排骨、分成兩半的章魚燒、在豬排與加理醬汁交界處的白飯、因拌的稀爛而進入和諧境界的皮蛋豆腐，皆在此列。
