About Curculionidae & Cerambycidae of the world
This group is dedicated at two of my preferred families of Coleoptera: Curculionidae with their funny rostrum and Cerambycidae, the beetles with impressive long antennas.
As Curculionidae, will be accepted also photos of other memebers of the superfamily Curculionidea (Apionidae, Anthribidae, Urodontidae, Nemonychidae, Attelabidae, Brachyceridae, Scolytidae, Platypodidae, Rhynchophoridae etc....)
It's really appreciated if you can write as title or comment of the shot you post, the scientific or common name of the bug.
If you don't know it, at least write the State and the habitat in which you have found it
(for example: North Italy, field at about 250 meters altitude).

HOW TO RECOGNIZE THESE TWO FAMILIES OF BEETLES?
I made two drawings with the main characteristics of these insects.
(I'm sorry for the poor quality of the drawings :D )
mainly:
Curculionidae are recognizable for their unusual rostrum ending with the mandibles, Cerambycidae for their very long antennae, often longer than body; and for elongated shape of the body.
CURCULIONIDAE:

CERAMBYCIDAE:

instead here you can see two photos:
