Good use of Exposure controls, and flash strength. I guess it was the twilight time, and hence the background is lit naturally while the fore-g is lit by the flash.

[only Prashant can say...]

Seems like everything was set @ auto mode, Exposure, Metering, Flash Strength, Focus, and white balance. It is anyway a good shot, and has come out well!!
