I have found some very useful information on processing colour negatives in B&W chemicals so far on this group, but I was just wondering if anyone knew any times suitable for the film i'm using... |

Just a suggestion and I know it is not the developer you have chosen but Diafine is a piece of cake (3A + 3B) at say 75-80F works fine for most C41 materials... I wrote a quick article...here is the link: |

Strange thats the same response I get from many folks when I talk about xproing slide as a c41 negative. I say always try for yourself. I like Normans imag above although I wish it wasn't c41 B&W as the example. Anyone tried it with c41 colour? just don't do that, if you want black and white photos just shoot b/w film! ages ago (permalink) |

If you want b/w photos try some lucky or era film, it's really really cheap.. ages ago (permalink) |

there's a group for this process. you might get some help there. i think it's probably best to to experiment. i've been doubling the times i've been using, but then i've also been pushing the film.
