About Critique This: Masterpiece or Mess?

I love opinions and, I think being mindful that that's all it is; an opinion, helps to build a tough skin. and get some real sense of what you're trying to do too.
Have you ever had a shot that looks like...It might be a Pollock, a Picasso ---or is it just a pile of junk? Which, btw- has it's value too!

Ever wonder if your B&W has quality? your flower, old lady on a bench, crooked street scene, dog, silhouette, portraits, candy wrapper etc.?

Do you get tired of being told that everything you do is just wonderful!

Well put it here and I hope someone has a little insight or opinion for you.

[Exif info would be good but NOT required. I'd like to hear things on: Potential, Color or lack of it, Focus-if it's required for the type shot. Cropping, What YOU would have done ...Anything in the world ok?
