POW! The highest impact shots.

Attention all admins! The following thread has been revamped to provide a clear link to the administration tools used by CM.

Unhappy with other judging panels and scoring groups?

Think you didn't get a fair go because the reviewer simply didn't like your work or didn't understand what you were trying to achieve?

Then come on in, post a photo and score the five to the right using the scoring rules provided. Each shot must be scored against these rules, and a constructive comment must be left or your score don't count, my friends!

RULES! PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

**IMPORTANT**
In your photo's description, tell the group what you wanted to achieve - this will help us score! This is more than a popularity contest.

Please score each category out of 5 (5 being the highest.. duh)

1. Technical - including composition / focus / colour / lighting etc.
2. Impact of subject
3. Photographer's success in meeting own criteria
4. Personal opinion (how much do you like it!)

Use the below code to mark your ratings... then comment constructively to your heart's desire:

A good guideline in my opinion (MarvinOS) you can follow:

1 - bad
2 - amateur
3 - average
4 - almost there
5 - perfect

You can use .5 intervals to score (say a 3.5 or 2.5) but you cannot use a smaller fraction - such as 2.3 or 4.1 If smaller fractions are used, we'll round the score up to the nearest whole, giving the photographer the benefit of the doubt.

If your final score ends in a .5, you can round up the extra .5 to the nearest whole for your total score


Once you have calculated your final score add your photo to the following thread:

Each photo has the chance to score a maximum of 100 pts! Tag your score with "CMxxx" This allows others to view all images that have the same score as yours.
