About Credit Crunch Christmas

Spotted a needle-bare tree in your high street, or decorations at half price? Or in these times of economic austerity are our fairy lights more twinkly than ever?

We've set up this group for people to share photos of the decorations and Christmas trees that are popping up in all corners of the globe, to get a feel of how festivities are shaping up in the countdown to this recession-hit yuletide.

So from the public displays in your town, to the omnipresent flashing lights on private residences and shops, we encourage you to capture this credit crunch Christmas in all its tinselly, tacky glory. Upload the best and worst you spot and send them to this group.

We'll feature some of our favourites on www.guardian.co.uk and maybe in the newspaper version of the Guardian as well. By posting your pictures in this group you agree to let this happen (though copyright remains with you at all times).

For more information, read Jon Henley on the Scrooges he's spotted so far.

Seasons greetings/Bah, humbug!
