About international communication via cartoons

I dream of making the whole world communicating via cartoons despite :

1- the language of the cartoon

2- the national borders

3- censorship in every country !

I hope finding some answers for a better world in which the freedom of speech rules.

Is it possible for artists to make the whole world communicating via cartoons.

This was clear for me since the political crisis in Iran; the people want to express themselves via every media, so let´s make the reality seen and heard through cartoons and report every crisis or situation for the rest of the earth!
