About Rhinestones and Glitter, Covered and Smothered This group is dedicated to photos of handmade objects heavily adorned with rhinestones, sequins, or glitter. Any artwork or assemblage with a large amount of glitter or rhinestones is acceptable. Commercially produced jewelery are frowned upon UNLESS they are "packed," that is, many pieces take up the bulk of the frame, or they fit into the idea of "Covered and Smothered," that is, they are thoroughly encrusted. Pictures of household objects that have been blinged are especially encouraged. Works in Progress and glitter or rhinestone stash pictures are also welcome. I will deny your photo if it is clearly intended to sell the item, i.e. if it has a link in the description. I will be weeding these things out in coming weeks.
