About Spot... the Festivity of the Virgin Carme!
PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
The Festivity of the Verge del Carme (Virgin Carme ) takes place in many coastal towns of Catalonia. This is a festivity that worships the cult of Virgin Carme, protector of the peoples of the sea.
The Museu Marítim de Barcelona and the Museums that form the Network of Maritime Museums of the Catalan Coast would like to give an overview on how this festivity is perceived in the different Catalan towns.
Do you enjoy festivities? Do you like photography? Help us to disseminate and to preserve this maritime culture. We invite you to take part in this Photography Contest!
