About Color Saturated: Red, Blood Orange & Purple This group for the Colors that are just left of the middle - tints and tones of Red, Blood Orange and Purple that are neither light nor weak, nor are they dark, oppressive or dismal. But they are saturated and BOLD, regardless of the quantity of color - I guess I am stressing the quality of the color. Red, Blood Orange and Purple - colors that are not earthy but flighty and at the same time aggressive yet unassuming. The other main quality of the group is that the subject matter must be comprised mainly of the aforementioned colors, they must be in the foreground and not included as an afterthought.
