About Colorful World: RED day

The Colorful World is a color based group. That being said there are a few simple guidelines:

~Each day we will focus on a specific color(s). Any photo not featuring the day's color(s) prominently will be deleted. Repeated violations of this rule will result in your being removed or banned from the group.

~ This is a photography group so only photographs will be accepted. NO VIDEO, COMPUTER GENERATED GRAPHICS, or ILLUSTRATIONS are accepted and will be removed if added.

~ All submissions must be of your own material. No collages will be accepted unless direct links to original images are located imediately beneath the collage, and all images in the collage are your own. Please remember that the use of copyrighted material (ie: items that do not carry an appropriate creative commons license) is tantamount to theft and violates US and international copyright statutes. DO NOT SUBMIT IMAGES OF OTHER PEOPLES COPYRIGHTEN MATERIAL, YOU & THE IMAGE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP!

~ Please tag photos with "Colorful World".

~You can post upto 2 photos a day. Although you are not required to do so, please consider providing a constructive, friendly, written comment on at least one one photograph for each one that you add. Comments are like Karma, you get what you give. And everyone likes to be recognized and appreciated. =)

~ We want the colors to flow together. If you have a great red picture, but see the pool is on yellow, then please hold onto it until the next red day. If flickr hiccups and your green photo suddenly appears 3 days later in purple, then we will remove it and ask you to repost it on the next green day. This group is run from the North American Eastern time zone (East Coast). If you are unsure of the time difference where you live, please view the pool, and /or check the threads for the world clock.

~ Please keep photos family friendly and safe for the workplace or we will have to delete it and remove you from the group.

~ You are encouraged to participate in our games and contests. They, like our members, are a lot of fun.
