About Collaborative Collage Project
This project will run for 6 months from 1st October 2011. Every month I will set a theme, or members can suggest one and you can upload a photo of 1 - 3 collages you've made on the theme during that month.
People say they're not artistic or whatever, but I believe everyone can tear up paper or cut up photos or whatever, so indulge your inner creativity and get to it!
The theme for October is 'MUSIC'. I look forward to seeing all the different interpretations. We can decide which ones we like the best and at the end of the project maybe we can make something from the most popular images.
Some artists to look at for inspiration:
Picasso, Matisse, Richard Hamilton, John Stezaker, Michel Keck .. there are lots .. just google 'collage artists' and look at the images.
The main thing is .. it's meant to be fun! So please join.
