Be a Coin Star for Babies!
This year, half a million babies will be born too soon and so small they must fight to survive. Some weighing less than a handful of change This group is dedicated to those babies, their families and to the everyday stars (like you) who participate in our Be a Coin Star contest to help save babies from premature birth!

Join our “Be a Coin Star” group, upload your photo, and we’ll let our viewers vote for their favorite at www.marchofdimes.com/pad! Every day at 3pm, the photo with the most votes is our daily Coin Star winner! It’s all about having fun, raising awareness, and being part of our campaign to save babies.
