About Coeliac - Gluten free living!
Since browsing Flickr I have come across many scrumptious food pics including cakes and biscuits. These made my mouth water but, being coeliac (allergic to gluten, found in wheat, rye, barley and oats) I assumed I could not eat them. That is until I noticed in the description of one that it was made with rice flour, which coeliacs can eat!

Post your delicious gluten free photographs here, and of course recipes to go with them would be fantastic!
Please tag your photos with "glutenfree" for the pool and try to give a good description of what the dish is.
