About Mahar Drygoods Clothespin PeopleOur favorite school project as kids was the diorama, the challenge of creating a world in a shoebox. And whether we attempted to portray a scene from Gulliver’s Travels or recreate the first moon landing – tiny characters were always needed to act out our elaborate plays. These folk were fashioned from empty spools, or pipe cleaner or orphaned game pieces, but the material of choice was always the clothespin. |
