This is a group for classical musicians (amateur or professional) to document and share their experiences. It is a window into our musical lives. I am looking for photos and videos documenting the process of creating classical music - practice, rehearsal, performance, workshops, masterclasses.. even composing!

I am specifically looking for photos that convey some aspect of what it is like to be a classical musician. You might say classical music photographed from the inside. I hope to have many photos taken by the musicians themselves. If the photographer is not one of the musicians, then I want them to get close, even get in amongst the musicians when possible!

What I am not looking for (and will delete):
Concert photos taken from a distance (obviously by an "outsider")
Still-life shots of instruments that have no experiential quality (instrument shots are OK if the instrument conveys a feeling of having just been played, or being just about to be played, or the image expresses what it might feel like to hold the instrument...)
