I reserve the right to remove pictures of non-Jeep vehicles and vehicles that are not listed above. There are CJ groups if you have a CJ-7 or CJ-8 and Flatfender groups for Flatfender Jeeps as well.

About Jeep CJ-5, CJ-6, and Commandos

This group is for photos of CJ-5s. The first of the more "modern" Jeeps starting in 1955, well, 1953 if you include the M38A1 which we will here. Also the CJ-6, post photos of these classic Jeeps in any condition. Rusting away, restored, trail rigs, whatever the CJ-5 is a work of art and we want to see them.

Yes, pictures of Jeepster Commandos and AMC Commandos are welcome as well. They're close enough in the family and I have to admit to having owned one so I have a soft spot for them.
