About CI Student Images
This is a Flickr Group for students of the QUT Creative Industries Faculty to load original creative images, or digital photographs of their original creative works in other formats.
Works may include:
Original creative digital images; digital images documenting original creative works in other formats (eg: performance stills; fashion pieces; photographic documentation of sculpture, painting, drawing etc). More information on what is and isn't sought for this group is provided in the Group Rules.
The Group exists for three main purposes:
1. To enable the QUT Creative Industries Librarians to collect, describe and archive digital images of examples of creative works prodcued by the student body of the Creative Industries Faculty.
2. To offer students a single interface to disseminate their images of the own creative works in context with their peers and their university environment.
3. To offer students a single place through which to view examples of creative works prodcued by the student body of the Creative Industries Faculty both past and present.
We suggest students license their images with a Creative Commons like “Attribution-NonCommercial”. You can find further details about the 6 Creative Commons licenses on the Flickr Creative Commons page.
