I am creating this group on February 12, 2008 because I love Chinoteague and Assateague, and I know many others do as well. I see people taking photos there all the time and I think a group where we can share the photos would be fun and instructional. We can share tips about good places and times of year to photograph the birds and ponies, as well as good places to eat and things to see!
Guidelines
1) Looking for photos of the ponies, birds, and the town itself - the watermen, the bay, the beaches, the docks.
2) Please keep it clean
3) Feel free to start discussions about things to see, as well as how to get good photographs in the area - good time to catch ponies or bird migrations.
