About Charlie Cake
This year's calendar competition is a finger licking 'cake off' which will celebrate Charlie Cake Park in Armley, and the resulting short-listed home baked wonders will adorn the pages of Charming Armley's 2008 Calendar. Further details will soon be available on www.thearmleytouristboard.com
Suffice to say there will be prizes, incentives, a mad judging panel, a high profile celebrity patroness (no not the Lady Mayoress) and a chance to buy the specially created version of the winning cake in the newly reopened Tiled Hall Cafe in Leeds Art Gallery....
