# Welcome to Take Aim: A Challenge Group!.
TWO challenges will run simultaneously, for 10 days, followed by voting. These challenges are given by group members who have won the previous challenges. After the vote, those two winners will set the next TWO challenges.
1. # Each challenge will begin as soon as the winners post, usually on that Thursday or Friday after the vote, for roughly 10 days, covering one full week and two full weekends. The following Monday through Wednesday will be voting by group members. All challenges will be found in a topic thread in the Discussion section. Please post entries in medium size in the specific challenge discussion thread. This is ideal. We will run as close to this schedule as we are able.
2. # During voting, group members vote for two images, winning image is the one with most combined votes. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, usually.
3. # Group Pool. The group pool is for the challenge winners only. Once the voting ends, # the top three images will be posted to the pool. Thus# images entered into the challenge need to be posted directly into the challenge discussion thread (not into the group pool).
4. # Admins will invite winning images into the group pool.
5. Admin reserve the right to challenge any image posted for a specific challenge if they do not think it meets that challenge.
6. Members are encouraged to use our comment code to comment on photos posted in the pool. We all enjoy comments on our photos.
7. Members may invite others to join New Challenge Group and we admins encourage you to do so.
Group Rules
1. Only challenge winning images to go in the group pool.
2. Keep group family friendly and in good taste. No nudity or other suggestive photos allowed. Admin will delete any offending photos.
3. Let’s all make this group fun and friendly, a place to enjoy friendly competition, to learn from each other, and to grow in our photography.
4. A maximum of three images per member allowed for each challenge. This is up to the challenger.
5. Please number each image in sequence when posting to the challenge thread.
