I agree as well. Though there are certain periods of the day when this group slows down and it's hard to get the topics updated. I'm sure time zones have a lot to do with this but it's usually in the middle of my day.

I am not an Admin but I found that as a general user I have the ability to assist them in keeping things moving. As you get more familiar with the group you will be able to see how to assist the Admins and facilitate progress. I always find it enjoyable to see how people progress and I am so happy with the way this group works.

I haven't been able to pull myself away since discovering the group a couple of weeks ago. I often wonder if anyone gets any sleep around here....Oh and when do you get the time to give your camera some fresh air {{{Laughter}}}. I agree the group is well run and the images are truly inspiring for a beginner like myself. Keep up the good work Flikr Junkies ; )

I have to agree with the praise. It is very well maintained and the admins are on top of things. Great Job all around. However, I have to maintain that I am not addicted. Hey isn't denial the first sign of addiction. Oh well.

Absolutely! One of the greatest groups on Flickr in my opinion. This is a great way to see amazing new work from such a tremendous variety of photographers around the world. Thank you for keeping things so tightly organized!

And if you're voting after a muck-up, it would help too if you adjusted your vote accordingly. It's easier to correct one or two mistakes than going through a long list of votes. Try scanning through the votes as you scroll down, and before you post your vote, hit 'preview'. There's always been people sneaking up and voting first when I make my votes.
And thank you for the praise, Katherine. We do try to make things run smoothly here, with a minimum of drama. As for the themes, the winners and challengers are the ones who set the themes. Kudos to them for the wide range of themes. So praise all around for a great group!
