Makes me think of a unqualified person getting the corporate job and not the qualified person sitting in the waiting room.
Maybe a picture of a arogant 20 something walking down the hall with the "boss" looking back, smiling and winking (with the starbust flash on the teeth of course) at the 30-40 something with his head hanging.
