Here is a link to a previous discussion on this.
I gave a code in that post to download Granger's Style/communications manual free(though I don't know if it still works). I pretty much just copied theirs, yeah I know it's sad(but I am not the only one as many have admitted too), but theirs is so good I couldn't think of anything else to do to better it. Oh well I guess in that are I am not very original.

Created ours based straight from Grangers as well. If you arent already getting their weekly gcwired emails its worth it. A lot of really useful free resource. gccwired.com
