I'm going...I need to book my hotel/flight/car this week as well. I think I am going to stay in the Hampton Inn.
We should have a CMS table or something...I would love to meet everyone.
Are anyone's spouses coming along? My husband is coming, but he's not going to the actual conference (it's not really related to his field). Do you know how strict MinistryCOM is going to be about spouses coming too that haven't paid? If he can't come with me, I'm trying to think of what he can do for those 2 days. (he's coming with me and we're taking a long weekend, so after the conference is over we will go and do touristy things...like see the grand canyon).

I saw your post on the CMS site this morning and wanted to followup with you personally.
We will have a table for CMS folks at lunch on Friday. Feel free to pass the word, just have all the CMS folks email me so I can get a rough head count.
We'd love to have your spouse join us. We are providing breaks and lunches both days, along with the handouts, so we ask that spouses pay a $75.00 fee to help offset the hard costs. (covers both days, lunches, and the awards reception) I do need to know in advance, so we can provide enough food.

Have I mentioned how much you guys rock? A get together is an awesome idea. We've been throwing an idea like that around but hadn't thought of actually doing something about it.
So let's make it official: The CFCC Get Together
All the details are there (you can e-mail us if you'd like to go and we'll handle the headcount--I'm sure Terrell will be busy with a few other things). It will just be an informal deal, a few tables reserved for CFCC, and you guys can hang out and meet face to face. No big agenda, just some time to meet.
At this point I'm not planning to go (dad duty/travel expenses), but Brad Abare will be, so there will be some 'official' CFCC presence. Hope you guys have fun!
And thanks again for coming up with idea!

Our whole team is coming (4 of us) and we are staying at the Ramada Plaza Hotel. We booked through expedia.com and got airfare, a rental car and 3 nights in a decent hotel for about $250 per person. Not bad!!
Lunch Friday should be fun...

Do we have to sign up for a specific workshop or it is a first come basses. I know Will Creek you have to register like 4 weeks in advance for specific break outs.
