Manchester Central Library Refurbishment

In 2010, Manchester Central Library and the neighbouring Town Hall Extension closed for a three-year programme of extensive refurbishment and restoration. When they re-open in 2013, they'll be a world-class library and civic complex that Mancunians can be proud of.
