I confess my guilt with a few of these (particularly # 5 & 21) however I gots to agree that the majority of these should be capital crimes!
Also, in my defence I would like to say that my HDR efforts are an attempt to create images that DO NOT look like HDR. I like to think I'm getting better ;-)

I suspect someone is already working on the group (I hope) and I'm going out and therefore offline again in about 15 mins, but I hope that one will be made today.

We can create an equivalent "look at the stream above you, and choose your favorite PEO" thread. The self-deprecating(*) should be a good start.

That invite requires a printed sheet next to my computer to be able to modify the invite.
Yeah, no invite graphics would be my suggestion. A strongly worded, full of waffle eating references perhaps, would do the trick. Redemption by posting to the group is a good idea.

40. Vignetting
Why? You bought a digital camera to get rid of this common film problem. Don't fake it and pretend you're an artist. You little cheat, you.
It's actually much more of a digital problem and is not a problem at all with film. If you get a vignette when shooting film it's down to the lens, nothing whatsoever to do with the film you are using.
However if you experience it on a digital camera it can be a combination of your lens and sensor. Digital sensors require light to hit them at or as near as possible to 90 degrees. As soon as the angle moves away from 90 degrees you get a reduced response from the effected photosites, hence you get a vignette. That's why you often see a vignette on a file straight from the camera particularly if you have used a wide angle lens with the aperture opened up.
Film doesn't care a jot what angle the light hits it at as long as it gets the light.
Personally vignettes don't bother me. I was applying them in the darkroom by hand before I started scanning film and playing with photoshop.
Even with my digital camera I'm more likely to add or emphasize a vignette than I am to remove it.
So no vignette is not a sin.
Real sins are HDR (it's actually fine as long as nobody can spot it!), 'dropping in a new sky, selective colouring and digital b&w. If you are going to shoot b&w use film, digital b&w is crap.
