I really like jonbradbury's cow shot!
Although I've seen and got photos of a lot of wildlife I'd not seen before this year, like puffins, razorbills, bitterns, goldcrests, avocets, seals and so-on, I think probably this shot of my resident Robin on the feeder in my garden is my favourite of the year:
