About Celebrities at Conventions/Public Appearances

This group is dedicated to photos of celebrities who are kind enough to go to conventions like Comic Con, Dragon Con or Wizard World and give fans the chance to interact with them, ask them questions and take photos of course. Shots taken during concerts, parades, or sporting events are welcome too. Please try and limit shots to celebs at conventions or public appearances and no paparazzi type shots of celebs on the street. Photos must be your own, any pics that look like they were downloaded from an entertainment website or stolen will be removed. If possible, please allow your exif data to be shown as this can prove that you were the photographer who took the shot. Also please identify who the celeb is and what show or movie they've been in as not everyone will know who they are.

So to summarize, here are some simple rules:

1. It must be your photo. Do not post shots from entertainment sites or publicity shots taken by someone else.

2. Must be at some convention, public appearance, sporting event, etc. Please no paparazzi type shots.

3. If possible, try to title the picture with the name of the celeb and some kind of description of what the event was.

4. Commenting on other people's pics are not mandatory but it would be nice if you did view other people's photos as well.

5. Keep it clean, no nudity. I know that some people will post pics of porn stars which is fine, just make sure the pic is in good taste.

6. Photos of an autographed photo that a celebrity signed for you are fine too as are scanned photos of you and a celebrity.

I'll leave the interpretation of celebrity up to you, it can be an actor, actress, model, musician, writer, comic book artist or writer, director, producer, athlete, artist, tv personality, internet personality etc.

No nudity please.
