At the end of each month, we will review pool submissions, and if we like what we see, we will put your picture on our Tumblr page, for people to see, like, reblog and generally enjoy. Of course linking to your photo and photostream, which may garner you some interest from outside of Flickr, from our busy Tumblr page. Each month we will create a new topic with the month, and a wee reminder of our policy (a la September Cake Competition).
Because some of you may not want this, instead of going through all the photos in the pool, we want you to post a link to the photo here, where towards the end we will judge all entries for the best.
Here are the rules:
1) Photos must be in the pool of this group.
2) Photos must be of cake, biscuits or anything in between, as long as it's sweet and edible.
3) You may post as many photos as you like, and with permission you may post another's photo(s).
4) Play fair, as soon as you enter, you can view other entries, or you can just leave it and see what comes from it.
Finally, we understand that this is new, so we do not expect anything immediately in the first months. But take advantage of our small member list, you may win hands down.
May the best cake win.
For those that aren't entering, you can help us by sending potential winners here by commenting on their photo with this template: <img src=http://i558.photobucket.com/albums/ss25/andrewstichbury/MonthCandidate.png">
Which looks like:

If the person is not in our group, please invite them to join as well. When copying the photo into the field below do as follows:
If you are still unsure, here is a screencapture illustrating what you must copy and put in between the [ ].

And place the URL as follows, clicking post when satisfied.

Remember the entries do not have to be of cake, they can be of anything considered a dessert, ie. cookies, pie and so on.
Entries close on the 30th of September, 12.00am (midnight) [GMT - 5:00 (Central Daylight / Summer Time)].
Enjoy.
