About Cross-Cultural Solutions 2010 Photo Contest

This year, Cross-Cultural Solutions is celebrating our 15th Anniversary and reaching an incredible milestone—25,000 volunteers. We are celebrating in many ways, and we wanted to bring forth images of CCS to showcase the volunteer perspective as well, so we are holding a photo contest.

We want you to share photos from your CCS program – entries from all CCS countries and years are welcome. Submit up to three photos representing what the CCS experience means to you. The photo could be of a touching moment at your placement, something interesting that you captured during a Cultural & Learning Activity, an artistic view of the country, or a special moment at the Home-Base. We want you to describe your CCS experience through photography.

To enter, upload your photos to this Flickr group and we’ll pick the top 25 photos to compete for a chance to win a CCS Insight Abroad program in Latin America. Second and third place winners will receive a voucher for $500 and $250, respectively, toward any CCS program through 2011. The top 25 photos will be posted to our CCS Facebook page and the three photos that receive the most “Likes” will be the winners. So dig through your photo collection and submit your favorites!
