As a Family Oriented Public Group, Colors Club is governed by Flickr's Porn Ruling , which is clearly laid out in Flickr's Community Guidelines" as
1} DON'T Upload photos to Public areas of Flickr with content that includes Frontal Nudity, genitalia or anything else that your bathing suit should cover, and
2} DON'T upload to public or private areas of Flickr content that is considered illegal in public and/or private areas (ie: the type of content which is typically permitted ONLY in Groups / Alternative / 18+ areas).

Colors Club Administrators will err on the side of discretion when deciding whether Flickr's Porn classification should be assigned to a particular photo. However, deliberately offensive photos and Explicit, Nudity, will be summarily deleted without any notice. Repeat offenders risk not only being permanently banned from Colors Club group, but they also risk having their images / photostreams voted 'May Offend' by their offended peers - two votes on any image in your photostream will
1} effectively flag it for removal from ALL public spaces on Flickr (NIPSA'd), and
2} will place your entire photostream under FLICKR.COM review
