About Carnegie Libraries
Carnegie libraries were built with money donated by Scottish American businessman Andrew Carnegie. He felt his access to books gave him a leg up as an immigrant in the U.S. His endowment of libraries gave that access to people all over the world. Find your local Carnegie library, closed or still open and post it here.
