About CAR SPOTTERS Guide (See Discussion Board)

As well as a general pool for ALL TYPES OF CARS from around the world, of any age, this group will feature in the DISCUSSION BOARD, a set of comprehensive guides to identify all makes and models of vehicles.

We will be posting photos of vehicles from other members in the discussion boards, to illustrate yearly changes. Due to the number of images involved we will simply follow Flickr's rules in terms of use by acknowledging the source and linking back to the members' respective photostreams. If we have used one of your images, and you object to its use in a model identification parade for any reason, please let us know and we will take steps to remove it and find a replacement. This group was not set up to steal and take credit for other peoples' images - it is designed instead to be a fountain of knowledge for automobile enthusiasts. All images will be kept at medium 500 size, to allow the incentive for people to click through and see the full sized image.

If you are a fellow motoring historian, or you have extensive knowledge of a particular make or model of vehicle AND would like to assist or compile a Spotters' Guide thread, please send a message to dedliNZ outlining your knowledge, and I will take you on board.

In the meantime, please feel free to post your car photos in the group pool, and please do visit the DISCUSSION BOARDS from time to time. Also, feedback from YOU would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, this is a group devoted to the identification of motor cars. Therefore: Road cars only, No Hot Rods or Kit Cars, and no more than 2 photos of any one car at a time. Also, no scale model toys. Many thanks...
