About Cardiff Camera Club
A flickr window on the world of Cardiff Camera Club.
We meet almost every week of the year, and some weeks have two meetings ~ we are one of the few clubs that do not close for a summer break. With a varied programme of events that should appeal to both the newcomer to photography as well the established photographer seeking an outlet for creativity, we like to think that we are one of the most friendly and sociable clubs around today. We offer a no risk trial of "come along and find out what we are like" for 3 meetings before thinking about parting with your subscription.
Our aim is to encourage photographers at all levels and every single kind of photography. Members are of all ages (from 10 to 80+) and from various walks of life. Both sexes are strongly represented so anyone can walk in and feel right at home.
At Cardiff Camera Club we dont teach photography, but a vast amount of knowledge can be gained by regularly attending meetings. Members are always available to provide informal advice and our programme of events includes a well balanced mix of club and inter-club competitions, discussions, visiting expert speakers and social events.
